Born June 21, 1978, in Chicago to Donald Allen and Caroline Rose (Gross) Preston, he married Barbara Paige on June 1, 2013. She survives.
Also surviving are his two sisters, Christina Preston of Arlington Heights and Kimberly Preston of Joliet; two nieces, Micaela Lopez and Olivia Lopez and two nephews, Jose Lopez and Noah Lopez.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Mark had been a shuttle bus driver in Brookfield.
He enjoyed photography, tinkering with electronics and watching wrestling and movies.
A gathering celebrating Mark’s life will be held at a later date. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
