Born on October 7, 1947 in Joliet to William D. and Billy S. (Pickett) Kane, she married Thomas “Tom” John Senffner on August 12, 1971 in Edwardsville. He died on January 20, 2021 in Peoria.
She was also preceded by her parents and one sister, Sara Hoffman.
Pat is survived by three children, Matthew “Matt” (Amy) Luzbetak of Lansing, Michigan, Angela Senffner of Pekin and Benjamin Senffner of Marquette Heights; three grandsons, Jacob (Lauren) Luzbetak of Holt, Michigan, Maxwell Luzbetak of Holt, Michigan and Joseph Luzbetak of Charlotte, Michigan; one great-granddaughter, Autumn (Jacob and Lauren); three sisters, Michlyn Goddard of Lombard, Illinois, Tommy (Gordon) Fitzsimmons of Lakewood Ranch, Florida and Molly (Craig) Randall of Elmhurst, Illinois and four brothers, Bill (Claudia) Kane of Maryland Heights, Missouri, John (Deborah) Kane of Simpsonville, South Carolina, Dan (Dori) Kane of Tampa, Florida and Tim (Felisha) Kane of St. Cloud, Minnesota.
She worked at the Illinois Eye Center in their call center for 13 years, then as a Medical Office Assistant at Methodist Medical Center. Pat retired in 2011.
Pat enjoyed spending time with her family, reading, traveling, watching sports and loving her pets.
Her graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 20, 2024 at Prairie Haven Cemetery in Pekin. Pastor John Plunkett will officiate. There will be no visitation.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
