Peggy Jo Watson

She was born April 15, 1949 in Peoria to Myron and Ethel (Rabel) Anglin. Her parents preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by her step father Wayne Baldwin.

Surviving are her daughters, Kelly (John) Woiwode of Pekin and Crista (Robert) Atchison of Colchester; three grandchildren, Brittany (Taylor) Allgaier of Cave Creek, Arizona, Nathan Woiwode of Santa Monica, California and Elliot Atchison of Colchester; one great-grandchild, Norah Allgaier of Cave Creek, Arizona; her step-mother, Roberta Anglin of Pekin and her beloved dog Miley.

Peggy was compassionate, kind and spent her life caring for others. She worked as an in home caregiver taking care of the elderly. She also loved children and was foster parent for many years.

She loved being a foster mom and the time she spent with children. She also loved animals especially dogs. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.

Peggy was a member of the Good Shepherd Baptist Church in Manito.

There will be no services at this time. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
