He was born January 29, 1956 in Pekin to William Ralph and Patricia Ann (Stone) Garmon. He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Palm; his father, William Garmon; and one sister, Debra Marie Fitzanko.
Surviving are two brothers, Francis “Frankie” Palm of Peoria and Kenneth “Eddie” Palm of Tremont; one sister, Tina Palm Cunningham of Mapleton; and his significant other, Jaylene Knapp of Mount Olive.
Patrick was a United States Navy veteran.
Patrick was a truck driver for many years.
He enjoyed riding motorcycles and loved music. He will be remembered for being easy going and laid back.
A gathering celebrating Patrick’s life will be at a later date.
