She was born March 31, 1960 in Racine, WI to Thomas and Joyce (Schuch) Thrasher. They preceded her in death.
Surviving are two sons, Michael Rosenbohm of East Peoria and TJ Carson of Creve Coeur; two daughters, Victoria "Caroline" Martin of East Peoria and Melissa Carson of Peoria; and two grandsons, Anthony Martin and Timothy Jo Carson III.
Rhonda worked at Dairy Queen in Creve Coeur for seven years.
Rhonda’s greatest joy was spending time with her kids and grandkids. She also enjoyed spending time at work.
Her memorial visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Monday, June 29, 2015 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Creve Coeur. There will be no service.
