Hello, I am Sandy’s cousin. My Dad was Goldie’s brother, Walt Watkins. I am sorry to hear of her passing. Another cousin let me know of her passing.  As with many families, I have lost touch and didn’t get the opportunity to know Sandy. I was born later and Dad died in 1980 so I never  had the chance to connect. 

I know she was a kind and loving person and I just wanted to say hello and know that am thinking about Sandy and her family.

Your Mom was a kind, sweet person, and one of my earliest Marquette Heights friends.  Sandy and I were on the same bowling team, attended Little League games, worked together in the consession stand, and participated in grade and middle school activities.  She was always fun to be with!  I'm saddened to learn of her passing.  Love to each of you.

So sorry to hear of Sandy’s passing. We grew up as neighbors in Marquette Heights. Then later when we had kids we did all the mom things together - fun times with our bowling teams and little league with the kids and as room mothers. Sandy was a wonderful friend and mother. We will miss her. She always had a smile for you. Sorry for your loss.

Sorry to hear about your mom. She was one of the kindest people I have ever met. Loved being able to see her smiling face every morning at Georgetowne back in the day.  I will be praying for peace for your family during this time of grief.

I remember going over to my aunt and uncles house when I was little while my parents went out of town she was a secretary at Georgetown when I went there she loved everyone she will be missed by many love u aunt Sandy 💖

Oh Sandy you will be missed. I loved working  with you at the school I would  come in from driving  the bus and you were always smiling. You will be missed.

To Patti, Dee Dee, and Sandy's Children and family, 
I have great memories of Sandy when she was a teenager in Marquette Heights. She seemed to consistently be wearing a warm and friendly smile.  
Later, while I was teaching in district #102, I would see Sandy in the administrative offices. Again, she would greet me and others with a big warm and friendly smile. 
I admired her and enjoyed being in her presence. 

I am confident we will see her, Bob and so many others that have already journeyed to the other side of the veil.
