He was born November 5, 1943 in Pekin to Walter Delbert, Sr. and Mary Lucina (Tyler) Stone.
Surviving are two sisters, Sherrille J. Elliott and Mildred M. "Millie" Stone, both of Pekin; one brother, Walter D., Jr. (Diana) Stone of Marquette Heights; one niece; and two nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Tommy enjoyed music and was an avid wrestling, boxing, and Saint Louis Cardinals baseball fan.
His funeralwill be at 11 a.m. Thursday, January 25, 2007at the Preston-Hanley Funeral Home, Pekin Chapel, where visitation will be one hour before the funeral. The Rev. Dowice Ashley will officiate.Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery in Pekin.
