Born October 13, 1956 in Pekin to George and Wanda (Schultz) Haynes, he married Mary Goodwin on May 15, 1987 in Pekin. She survives.
Also surviving are four sons, Toby Haynes and Jeremy Goodwin, both of Pekin; Jason Goodwin of Manito, Ian Haynes of Havana; one daughter, Nikki Haynes of Indianapolis, IN; five grandchildren; two sisters, Alice Juhl, Dorothy Hedrick and one brother, Richard (Jenetta) Haynes, all of Pekin.
Tony was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
He had worked as a truck driver for over 30 years, 11 years as an owner/operator, retiring in 2001.
Tony enjoyed riding motorcycles and spending time with his family.
A celebration of life gathering will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
