

Born December 11, 2001 in Peoria, he was the son of Richard Daniel and Corrine R. (Polyak) White.
Surviving are his mother, Corrine White of North Pekin; his father, Rick (Jennifer) White of Metamora; Wade’s friend and personal support worker, Jake Whitney and his sons, Hunter, and Carson; his nephew, RJ Frazier and a great nephew, Hunter Frazier of Pekin. He also leaves many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Wade was preceded in death by his brother, Richie Frazier, and all his grandparents, along with his horses, Comanche and Money.
Wade enjoyed riding and caring for horses. He loved the water and was a longtime member of the Pekin YWCA pool. He was happy bouncing his basketball, shooting hoops in the driveway, listening to country music and dancing. Wade was proud of himself when he could be helpful, he liked physical work, a trait he inherited from his grandpa, Mike Polyak and his great grandpa, Richard Sparks.
Wade is deeply loved and will be truly missed.
No services or visitation are planned. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
