

Born August 13, 1949 in Pekin to Julius and Ethel (Litterest) Sandall, he married Surin Sijen November 23, 1973 in Thailand. She survives.
Also surviving are five children, Duk Bader, Dow Tunyuck, Vee (Jen) Tunyuck, all of Pekin, Ra-or (Jason) Brown of Glen Carbon and Arron (Sarah) Sandall of Pekin; 13 grandchildren, Robert, Doreen, Ryan, Eric, Jessica, Gabby, Michael, Jett, Izzi, Brady, Brandon, Kyron and Alani; two great-grandchildren, Aaliyah and Aubrey; one sister Marcella Simmons of North Pekin and one brother, Walter Sandall of Pekin.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Warren was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
He worked for 36 years as a chemical technician for Evonik, formerly Sherex Chemical Company in Mapleton, before retiring.
He was a member of the Pekin Moose Family Center # 916, the Roy L. King Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1232, the Pekin Marine Corps League and the National Rifle Association.
Warren enjoyed golfing, gardening, canning and fishing with his wife. He also loved dogs and feeding the neighborhood birds and squirrels. He had a talent for woodworking. He loved spending time with his family most of all.
His funeral will be at 3 p.m. Friday, January 28, 2022 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. Father Michael Andrejek will officiate. Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Friday afternoon at the funeral home. Burial will be at Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin.
