PEKIN ~ Zoey Lynn Haas, 5 month old infant daughter of Jo Kay Haas, of 1510 South 18th Street in Pekin and Stephen Orville Costello of Bloomington, passed away at 10:05 a.m. Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at the Pekin Hospital Emergency Room.
Zoey was born April 28, 2008 in Bloomington.
Surviving are her mom and dad, Jo Kay Haas of Pekin and Stephen Orville Costello of Bloomington; an older brother, Damida Lee Oak of Indiana; an older sister, Kadence Marie Costello of Pekin; her grandparents, Paul and Peggy Durbin of Bloomington, Lillian Howell of Urbana, Mike Ferguson, of Pekin and Tina Smith of Pekin; her great-grandparents, Kenneth and Carol Sampson of Normal and Nancy and Irwin Ferguson of South Pekin and her great-great-grandmother, Sarah Davis of Pekin.
Her graveside funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday, October 17, 2008 at Lakeview Cemetery in Pekin. The Rev. Charlie Dean will officiate. Visitation will be from 1:30 to 2 p.m. Friday, October 17, 2008 at the Preston-Hanley Funeral Home, Pekin Chapel.
