Anthony Brent Pledger

Brent was a loving husband, son, father, brother, and friend. Other than spending time with his family, his favorite pastimes were deer hunting and Alabama Crimson Tide Football.

Brent was predeceased by his father, Tony Pledger; his grandfather, Bobby Knight; grandfather-in-law, James E. Keener.

Survivors include Brent's wife of 14 years, Collette Keener Pledger; his mother, Susan Knight Pledger of Moody, Alabama; two daughters, Addison Grace and Ella Claire; grandmother, Joy Knight; one sister, Leigh Ann (Joe) Plowman of Gardendale, Alabama; mother- and father-in-law, Colloni and Mike Keener of Helena, Alabama; sister-in-law, Kirsten Keener (John) Bullock of Helena; brother-in-law, Jim Keener; grandmothers-in-law, Joyce Keener and Nancy Phillips; aunt, Annette Debinski; and special friend, Woodrow Lawley.

Family and friends will gather for A Celebration of Brent's Life at 3 p.m. on Friday, May 3, 2019 at Ridout's Southern Heritage Chapel in Pelham, Alabama. Immediately following the memorial service, the family will visit with friends at the funeral home.
