Survivors include Billy's wife, Elsie; mother, Polly Hamby, one daughter, Heidi (Pat); three sons, Brent (Courtney), Tre' (Shelby), and Adam; seven grandchildren; two sisters; one brother; and other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be 12 noon to 2 p.m. on Monday, May 16, 2016 at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham, AL, immediately followed by the 2 p.m. funeral in Ridout's Southern Heritage Chapel, Pelham. Burial, Croft-Acton Cemetery, Birmingham, AL.
