

Brian was born in Roanoke Virginia, grew up in North Carolina, Alabama and Valdosta, Georgia. Brian attended Valdosta State University where he met his wife, Christie, and graduated a brother of Sigma Alpha Epsilon with a B.S. in Business Administration. Brian and Christie were married and lived in Oxford, Georgia and later moved to their current home in Pelham, Alabama where they were blessed with a beautiful daughter, Hayden Graciana.
Brian truly lived God’s plan for his life. Brian’s legacy, as founder of the non-profit 501c3 organization CF Riders, benefiting and supporting patients and families of Cystic Fibrosis. He touched, inspired, and strengthened everyone he met. Brian was funny, kind, compassionate, and so loving to his family and all that he met. Those that met Brian knew that they were blessed. He enjoyed playing and watching sports, and collecting sports memorabilia. But most of all he enjoyed the freedom of riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, “dreaming big, riding free, breathing easy”.
Brian is survived by his wife, Christie B. Johnson; daughter, Hayden G. Johnson; father: Paul L. Johnson, Sr.; mother: Mary H. Blessing; brothers: Paul L. Johnson, Jr., Robert S. Johnson and Steven K. Johnson.
Visitation will be from 6pm until 8pm on Friday, September 26, 2014 at Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham. A remembrance service will be at 12:30pm on Saturday, Sept. 27, 2014 at Heart of Dixie Harley-Davidson in Pelham.
