A U.S. Army Veteran, Carl was an active member of First Baptist Church of Pelham, Alabama. He was predeceased by his parents; his wife, Warrene Jones; and one son, Alan Jones. Survivors include Carl's son and daughter-in-law, Kelly and Renee Jones; one grandson, Nicholas Jones; two sisters, Sarah Bates and Walterene Vick; and two brothers, Duane Jones and Sterling Jones.
The graveside service will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at Highland Memorial Gardens in Bessemer, Alabama. Rev. Donnie Sisk will officiate.
