Carroll Edward Sorrell, age 86, of Hoover, AL passed away on April, 10, 2020. He was born on October 26, 1933 in Jemison, AL. Carroll was a graduate of Jemison High School and then went on to continue his education at University of Alabama at Birmingham. He married the love of his life Jacqueline S. Sorrell in August of 1952. Carroll had a successful career as an Engineer and truly loved what he did. He had many passions and one he held true to his heart was being a mason, he also enjoyed arrow heads, fishing , hunting and most of all spending time with his family. He leaves behind his loving wife Jacqueline S. Sorrell and his brother Gene A. Sorrell. The family will have a private service to honor his memory.
