A Service of Remembrance for Celia Rivera will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at The Lighthouse of Praise Church, Alabaster. Burial will be at Southern Heritage Cemetery, Pelham, Alabama. Pastor Joel Gallegos will officiate.
