Colin Edward Jones, age 39, went to be with the Lord on Friday, August 3, 2018 after spending his last days surrounded by his immediate family. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lawrence Clark Riley, Sr. and Edna Hughes Riley.
Survivors include Colin's son, Colton Jones; parents, Thomas Edward Jones and Gloria Riley Jones; brother, Thomas Christopher Jones (Stacy); and sister, Carrie Jones Busby (Scott). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Colin was a graduate of JB Pennington High School and attended and played baseball at Bevill State. He will be remembered for his pride and love for Colt and his kind, loving heart.
Colin's family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 from 3-4 p.m. at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham, Alabama, immediately followed by the memorial service at 4 p.m. at Ridout's Southern Heritage Chapel, Pelham.
