Idamay Schrimscher Robertson was welcomed into her Heavenly home on November 29, 2017. She was born in Chatham, Massachusetts on February 14, 1922 and lived most of her life in Alabama. She was a member of Alabaster First Baptist Church and enjoyed traveling and spending time on the Florida beaches. Preceding her in death was her husband, Franklin Robertson; parents, Kelly and Josephine Ezell; and three sisters, Dorothy Reibel, Betty Richardson, and Kelly Jo Jones. She is survived by her children, Andy Schrimscher (Jenny), Clara Gulley (Bill), and Sandra Taylor (John); six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be directed by Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham with visitation from 1-2pm on Saturday, December 2 at the funeral home. A graveside service will be at 2:30 at Valhalla Cemetery.
