CONNER, Jerry Ann Macks, age 81, of Homewood, AL, died December 28, 2020. She was Sole Proprietor of JAMCo Services. Mrs. Conner, a graduate of Pensacola Junior College and Auburn University, previously worked for the American Sports Medicine Institute, Shades Crest Baptist Church, and Samford University.
Mrs. Conner is survived by her husband, Dr. David Allen Conner, P.E., and four sons: Wesley Macks Conner, Jeffrey Allen Conner, Dr. Mark David Conner, and Dr. Keith Faulk Conner; their spouses: Andrea, Lisa, Colleen, and Charlene; and eight grandchildren. Mrs. Conner was preceded in death by her father Ollie William Macks and mother Sadie Mae Faulk Macks. A graveside service will be held for Mrs. Conner on Saturday, January 2, at 3:00 pm at Southern Heritage Funeral Home on Cahaba Valley Road (Hwy. 119) in Pelham.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the iServe Ministries at Mountaintop Community Church at 225 Centerview Drive; Vestavia Hills, AL 35216-0800.
