Jimmy Cash, 56, of Alabaster, AL passed away at Shelby Baptist Medical Center. He was born in Roanoke, AL, to Grady and Nell Cash.
Jimmy was employed at Barber’s Dairy for 17 years and a member of Hunter Street Baptist Church. He loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He enjoyed spending time with his family, going camping in the mountains, and listening to bluegrass music.
Jimmy is survived by his wife, Martha C. Cash; his children, Christopher (Kristilyn) Cash, Timothy (Cassidy) Cash, Kimberly Vincent, and Nathan Cash; grandchildren, Braxton Vincent, Alana Vincent, Elliot Cash, Ameliah Dunavant, Isabella Cash, and Levi Cash; siblings, Gene (Leslie) Cash, Joseph (Ginger) Cash, and Katie (Steve) Sanders; and nieces and nephews, Michael (Abby) Cash, Sandy Arrington, Kevin Cash, Kelly Cash, Thomas Sanders, and Olivia Sanders.
The visitation and funeral service to celebrate Jimmy's life will be at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham, AL. Visitation: Sunday, December 29, 2013 from 2-4 p.m. Celebration Service: Monday, December 30, 2013 at 12 noon in Ridout's Southern Heritage Chapel, Pelham. Burial, Southern Heritage Cemetery, Pelham.
