Mrs. Williams was predeceased by her father, Willie T. Arledge, mother, Naomi Lucas Arledge, husband, Samuel Ralph Williams, and daughter, Patricia Ann Williams.
She is survived by her daughter, Judge Jean Williams Brown and her son-in-law Terry Brown, two granddaughters, Meredith Brown Wills (Sonny) and Caroline Townson Brown. She also leaves behind her great-granddaughter, Townson Andress Wills. She is also survived by her loving sisters and brother.
Mrs. Williams was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who always put the needs of others before her own. She loved working in her yard and baking brownies for her granddaughters. She was a source of great encouragement to her children and grandchildren.
