June's favorite pastimes were gardening and playing with her dog "Mickey."
She was predeceased by her husband, Tom Dean. Survivors include two daughters, Donna Lacey (John) and Denise Chapin; one son, David Barr (Brandy); grandchildren, Kristy Moore (Joseph), Shaun Barr (Christina), Mandy Barr Peters, Chad Shader (Carrie), and Raechel Shader; and great-grandchildren, Kristina, Kaylee, Kendall, and Kristian Moore, Andrew Shader, Nolan and Bryce Shader, Peyton Peters, Tristan Barr Ledlow, Collin Barr, and Ellis Barr.
Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. on Friday, December 20, 2019 at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham, Alabama, immediately followed by A Celebration of June's Life at 11 a.m. at Ridout's Southern Heritage Chapel, Pelham. Burial will be at Southern Heritage Cemetery, Pelham.
