Margaret graduated from Berry High School in Birmingham, AL, and attended Howard College for a short time. She was married to Ambers Posey on May 12, 1957. He predeceased her on June 7, 2014.
Margaret worked for the Social Security Administration for over 22 years before her retirement in 2013. Her passions were her family, technology, romantic shows, country music, animals, ice cream, and dark chocolate. She survived her bout with breast cancer in 2002.
Margaret is survived by her five children, seven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
The family will greet friends from 1-3 p.m. on Sunday, May 30, 2021 at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham, AL.
