Margie Giddens Mason

Margie was married to Alan Rogers on June 21, 2005. She had a very successful career as a restaurant executive for CLP Corporation in Birmingham, AL. Her passions included her children, her dogs, her family, her career, and the University of Alabama football.

Margie was preceded in death by her mother and father, Clyde and Willie Mae Giddens; brothers, Jimmy and Donald Giddens; sister, Gail Dalton; and brothers-in-law, Richard Bryant and Gene Christmas.

Survivors include Margie's husband Alan; daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca and David Allor; sons, Brandon Stone, Robbie Pilcher, and Chris Rogers; her dogs, Oscar, Bonnie, and G-Dawg; siblings, Elroy Giddens, Dorothy Bryant, Jackie Giddens, Jane O'Neal, Sandy Christmas, and Patsy and Harry Walker and their son William; mother-in-law, Jean N. Rogers; brother-in-law, Glynn Rogers and his wife Deonna; and a loving extended family.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. on Monday, April 7, 2014 at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham, AL. The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 in Ridout's Southern Heritage Chapel, Pelham. Burial, Southern Heritage Cemetery.
