Marjoryn is preceded in death by her parents, Rawden R. Rawls and Lillie Mae Jordan Rawls; sister, Fann Bozeman (Jack); and brothers, Joe Rawls (Mary), Sidney Rawls, and Mark Rawls.
Survivors include Mrs. Creighton's husband, Langley B. Creighton; daughters, Rachel Creighton Stearns (Steve) and Karen Creighton McGrew; son, Alan Langley Creighton (Lynn); grandchildren, David Stearns, Colin Stearns (Meg), Josh McGrew (Aftin), Jordan McGrew (Natalie), Catherine Creighton, Alison Creighton, Matt Creighton, and Janie Creighton; great-grandchildren, Madeline McGrew, Shields McGrew, and Fenton McGrew; two sisters, Charlotte Latham (Sam) and Rebecca Moody (Clyde); and one brother, David Rawls (Sondra).
Marjoryn graduated from Rawls High School and attended Howard College (Samford University). She was a longtime member of Mountain Brook Baptist Church.
Marjoryn was a member of the Alabama Watercolor Society and a founding member of the Mountain Brook Art Association, from which she formed close friendships with a small group of artists she met with most Thursdays. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, playing Bridge with friends, and spending time with fellow members of her Sunday school class, "The Torchbearers."
The memorial service will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, November 23, 2019 in the chapel at Mountain Brook Baptist Church, with visitation to follow. Private burial, Southern Heritage Cemetery in Pelham, AL.
