SHARP, TECH SERGEANT MARK THOMAS, age 47, of Pelham, Alabama, died Monday, December 13, 2010. He was born on August 14, 1963. TSgt. Sharp was on active duty with the U.S. Air National Guard since July 2006. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1982 to 1991. TSgt. Sharp was preceded in death by his father, Robert Hale, and his step-father, Tom Sharp. Survivors include TSgt. Sharp's wife, Tammy Sharp; his mother, Bo Sharp; one daughter, Chauntelle Sharp; and two brothers, David Sharp and Paul Sharp. Visitation will be from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, December 16, 2010 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Homewood. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. at the church on Friday, December 17, 2010.
