Marna Shapiro McCay was born on July 12, 1955 in Birmingham, AL. She was in the HVAC business for over 30 years, and her job was her passion. She loved Gatlinburg, getting her nails done, music, going to concerts, and doing anything with her daughter.
She always had a smile on her face and a joke to tell. To know her was to love her, and she never met a stranger. She will be immensely missed and the memories she left behind treasured forever. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leon and Duby Shapiro, and her grandson, Deacon Burns.
She is survived by her daughter, Julie Burns, son, Zac Ingram, grandsons, Sam, Hunter and Mason Ingram, brother Kerry Shapiro (Sara), multiple cousins and numerous friends.
Visitation will be held at Southern Heritage Funeral Home on Friday, April 12, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. The funeral will begin at 1:00 p.m. with the burial to follow.
