He was born to Harold and Ann Greer on April 21, 1957, in Miami, Florida. Mike was a graduate from Birmingham Southern where he went on to have a career in computer programing for Veteran’s Affairs.
On November 6th, 1993, he married the love of his life Lisa Greer. Together they shared laughter and unwavering support. Mike had a love for fishing and history; he could often be found near a body of water with a fishing pole in his hand. He was a devoted Alabama fan who enjoyed spending time with family and friends cheering on the Crimson Tide. Above all, his greatest joy came from moments spent with his loved ones.
Mike leaves behind his loving wife, Lisa Greer, and son William Greer (Lydia).
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham. The family will have a private graveside to follow.
