Millie M Roberts

Mildred "Millie" Roberts, age 69, of Chelsea, Alabama passed away on Thursday February 27, 2020. Millie was born in Milledgeville, Georgia on August 25, 1950. Millie graduated from Baldwin High School and practiced Inservice training at Central State Hospital. She was married to Arnold Roberts for (51) years. Throughout Millie's career she worked as a Medical Transcriptionist at Baldwin County Hospital, was a Secretary for Baldwin County Extension Agent and for Counseling Services at Yarbrough Rehabilitation Center. She also had a passion for caring for children in which she worked as a Daycare Worker at First Baptist Church of Americus. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Americus and made many friends that cherish great memories with her.

She leaves to cherish sweet memories her husband, Arnold Roberts; three sons; Jeffrey L. Roberts (Amy) of Sparta, GA, Wesley A. Roberts of Chelsea, AL and Stephen K. Roberts of Pelham, AL; one brother-in-law, John T. Roberts (Donna) of Sparta, GA; Sisters in Life, Janice S. Hall of Milledgeville, GA, Patsy H. Dalton, Eatonton, Lynn C. Martin of Cairo, GA.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday March 6, 2020 at 2:00PM EST/1:00PM CST at the Chapel of All Faiths, 252 Swint AVE, Milledgeville, GA 31061.
