Paul R Lewis Sr.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Paul Renfroe Lewis, Sr., who departed this life on Saturday, June 21, 2025, of natural causes at the age of 85. He was born on September 3, 1939, in Wilks, Alabama. Paul was an innovative and successful pioneer in research and litigation support for product liability attorneys at his own consultation firm, Paul R. Lewis & Associates in Homewood, Alabama. Paul was an avid storyteller with a never-ending love for learning and reading. He was passionate about all things Alabama, especially Tide football and political history. His warm demeanor was priceless, and his caring heart will be greatly missed, as he never met a stranger and considered everyone a friend. He was devoted to his wife Clara, to whom he was married for 65 years. He was a proud father to his son, Paul Renfroe Lewis, Jr. and a proud grandfather to his grandson, Colton Lewis.

A Visitation will be held Monday, June 30, 2025, at Southern Heritage Funeral Home, 475 Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham, AL 35124, from 1:00-2:00 PM. A Service of Celebration of Life will follow at 2:00 PM.
