Regina was born on August 3, 1969 to Sylvia Douglass and James Lucas in Birmingham, Alabama.
Regina received her formal education at Montevallo High School in Montevallo, Alabama. Later, she went on to graduate from Shelton State in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
She was a member of Enon Baptist Church, where she was baptized when she was eight years old. In her leisure, she enjoyed coloring, going to the beach, spending time with grandson, sitting by the pool, Winnie the Pooh, and doing anything in the sun.
Regina Lucas was preceded in death by her dad, James Lucas; her grandma, Jennie Burcham; and her granddad, Joe Burcham.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Serena Lucas; her grandchildren, Chase Bright; her mother, Sylvia Douglass; her brothers, Steve Lucas and Jason Lucas; and many other family and friends.
