Ruben Ceja Ramirez, 63, of Birmingham, Alabama USA, died Saturday morning, August 22, 2020. He was not only a great husband, father, grandfather, and friend, he was a humble, hardworking, and gentle soul.
Ruben was always so grateful, and he appreciated the smallest things in life. He was the peace of our home, a great man, and a true role model. He will be deeply missed.
Survivors include Ruben's wife of 30 years, Maria de Jesus Cruz Valencia; daughters, Alejandra Ceja de Anda, Hortencia Farias Cruz, Maria Angelica Farias Cruz, and Olga Lilia Farias Cruz; sons, Luis Gabriel de Anda Ceja, Ruben De Anda Ceja, and Ricardo Javier Farias Cruz; and grandchildren, Alejandra Murillo Farias, Johnathan Sanchez Farias, Mariana Itzel Jimenez Farias, Alexis Murillo Farias, Oiriz Azenet Jimenez Farias, Stephanie Naftali Murillo Farias, Damian Andres Renteria Farias, Evelyn Sanchez Ferias, Luis Angel Sanchez Farias, and Maria Teresa Jimenez Farias.
Visitation 6-7 p.m., Tues., Aug. 25, 2020, Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home, Pelham, Alabama USA, followed by A Service of Remembrance, 7 p.m., the funeral home's chapel.
