Sandra was born and raised in Cullman. After her marriage to Frank Hoult, they relocated to Huntsville and then to the Birmingham area. For many years, they have called Alabaster their home. Sandra was a member of the Helena Church of Christ and had many friends there.
Sandra is survived by her husband, Frank Hoult; two sons, Glenn Milner (Milicent) and Kelly Milner (Maree). She is also survived by two grandchildren, Jacob and Abby Milner. Additional survivors include a sister-in-law, Ginger Taylor and a niece, Brittany Taylor.
A visitation for Sandra will be held Monday, April 21, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home and Cemetery, 475 Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham, AL 35124. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, April 22, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home and Cemetery.
