Thomas James "T.J." McQuillan, Jr.

After graduating from Pelham High School in Pelham, Alabama, T.J. completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa. He worked in HVAC Sales with Mingledorff's in Birmingham, Alabama. T.J.'s favorite pastimes included watching Alabama Crimson Tide football, playing his guitar, playing poker card games with friends, and playing golf.

T.J.'s remaining family includes his daughter, Mia Rylie McQuillan of Chelsea, Alabama; his parents, Sherri Anne McQuillan and Thomas James McQuillan Sr. of Helena, Alabama; two brothers, Aidan Matthew McQuillan and Andrew Ryan McQuillan of Helena; grandparents, Wanda Cassity of Mobile, Alabama, and Judy Spence, Karen Brashear, and Wayne Brashear, all three of Dickson, Tennessee; aunts and uncles, John and Shannon McQuillan of Mobile, Bill and Shannon McQuillan of Destin, Florida, and Jeff and Dawn Davis of Waverly, Tennessee; and cousins, Joshua Davis of Waverly, Leigh Schubot of Okinawa, Japan, Eric McQuillan of Destin, and Blair Summey, Brooke McQuillan, and Jack McQuillan, all three of Mobile.

The family will greet friends from 10-11 a.m. on Friday, January 8, 2021 at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham, Alabama, immediately followed by A Service of Remembrance for T.J. at 11 a.m. at the funeral home's chapel. Burial will be at Southern Heritage Cemetery, Pelham. Minister Jeff Young will officiate.
