Vivian Annette Fondren McClellan, age 87, of Hoover, Alabama passed away on Friday, August 9, 2024. Vivian was born on May 20, 1937 to Oren O’Neal Fondren and Lottie Taylor in Birmingham, Alabama. She received her formal education at Birmingham City Schools in Birmingham, Alabama.
Vivian A. Fondren was united in holy matrimony with William Neil McClellan on July 12, 1961 in Birmingham, Alabama. Their union was blessed with three children.
In her leisure, she enjoyed gardening, horses, dogs, and vacationing to the mountains.
Vivian McClellan was preceded in death by her husband, William (Neil) McClellan, her son, William Ray McClellan, and her grandson, Matthew McClellan.
Survivors she leaves to cherish her memory include, her children, Terry McClellan and Robert and Amy McClellan, her grandchildren, Barrett Ford, Sara McClellan, Ian McClellan, Shae McClellan, and Blake McClellan.
There will be a private family graveside on August 13, at Southern Heritage Cemetery.
