LINCOLN – Funeral service for Bettie Ruth Jackson, age 85, will be Wednesday, February 21 at 1:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Kilgroe Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Blue Eye Cemetery. The family will receive friends from Noon until 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Ms. Jackson passed away Friday, February 16, 2018. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Donna Jo Jackson; brothers, Troy, Oliver and Charles Haynes; sisters, Lucy Letlow and Ruby Moses.
She is survived by her son, Billy Glen Jackson; 3 grandchildren, Carey Lynn Spruiell, Lindsey Jackson, Cody Jackson; 3 great-grandchildren, Nicholas & Jacob Smith, Olivia Jackson; sisters, Anna Rose Tannozzini, Kathleen Fisher, Alma Sanders.
