Billy is survived by his sons, Jason Brooks (Amberli) and Bradley Darling; a daughter, Cassandra Weaver; a sister, Betty Loftus (Kurt); three grandchildren, Brody Brooks, Ashley Curtis, and Christopher Curtis, and two great-grandchildren, Jennifer Curtis and Christian Duke.
A visitation for Billy will be held Friday, October 29, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home - Pell City, followed by a Celebration of Life Funeral Service at 2:00 PM.
