He was preceded in death by his Father, Bill McGuire, Mother, Flossie McGuire, brother, Herbert McGuire and wife, Billie Faye Evans.
He is survived by numerous loving family members and friends.
A private ceremony will be held in Howard’s honor for close friends and family graveside at Mt. Zion cemetery in Pell City, AL on Thursday, May 28th at 2pm.
