She is survived by her son, Ryan (Suzanne) McCurry Garrett; grandchildren, Marcella Garrett (Keith Wollam), Brandon Garrett, Layne Garrett, Kisha (Matt) Taylor, Brandy (Paul) Sharich; great-grandchildren, Josh Sharich, Destiny Nabors, Miranda Taylor, Peyton Taylor, Olivia Sharich, Eleanor Wollam, and Scarlett Wollam; and great-great grandchild, Xavion King.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Garrett Sr; son, Charles E. Garrett Jr, ; and sister Erstene Barber.
The family would like to express heartfelt thanks to the staff of the Village of Cook Springs and the Oaks on Parkwood as well as Aveanna Hospice for the care they have provided.
A visitation will be held at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Pell City on Saturday, November 23, beginning at 12:00pm with a graveside service following at Oak Ridge Cemetery at 1:30pm.
