Patricia S. Vaughn

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Sue Campbell Vaughn in Riverside, Alabama, who passed away on August 27th, 2025 at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was born on April 18th, 1944 in Charleston WV. She was a member of the Daughters of the Nile and a member of the St. Clair Chapter 437 Order of Eastern Star.

As Patricia Vaughn departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers – a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water – a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Patricia Vaughn may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Patricia Vaughn leaves behind.

She is survived by: her husband: Paul Wallace Vaughn, her son: Paul Steven Vaughn (Melody), her grandson: Jordan Paul Vaughn (Courtney), her great grandchildren: Adley Kate Vaughn, Chloe Jane Vaughn, John Paul Vaughn, and Evan Daniel Vaughn, her sisters: Linda Campbell and Brenda Edens (Allen), her brother: Jeffery Campbell (Robin), her sister-in-law: Pamela Campbell, and a host of nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by: her father: Kenneth Gordan Campbell, her mother: Sara Eva Campbell, and her brother: Kenneth Wayne Campbell.

Funeral services will be held at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Pell City, Alabama on Monday, September 1, 2025. Visitation will begin at 10:00am with a chapel service to follow at 11:00am. Burial will be at the Guin City Cemetery in Guin, Alabama.
