LeRoy R. Slack Jr.

LeRoy was born to LeRoy R. and Patricia Proctor in Clifton Springs, NY on August 13, 1957. He had worked for Kost Tire in Geneva and Lamb’s Farm Inc. in Oakfield, NY. LeRoy enjoyed spending time with his family and caring for his animals.

LeRoy is survived by his wife of 29 years, Betty Jo; children, John James (Jennifer) Slack, Amanda Jane (Jessica Lynn) Slack and Charles LeRoy (Faith) Slack; grandchildren, Kadence and Nova Star; family that he consider his children, Michael (Lisa) Labade, Gary Anderson Jr., Samantha Truiex, Dominick Long, Zoey Wormuth, and Isabell Wormuth; sisters, Jody (Steve) Oliver and Jaime (John) McCormick; father, Richard Salansky; mother in law, Barbara Galdeano; uncle, Donald Proctor; and many other loving extended family members. LeRoy was predeceased by his father, LeRoy R. Slack Sr when he was eight years old; also preceding him was his mother, Patricia (Proctor) Slack and his uncle, Robert Proctor.

A celebration of his life will be held on August 13, 2016 at 3pm at the family home
