Mary F. Pedder

Mary was predeceased by her husband of 66 years, Harold Pedder and her sons, Harold D. Pedder and Kelly G. Pedder. She is survived by her daughter, Judy Hicks of Penn Yan and her sons, James Pedder of Penn Yan and Michael Pedder of Albany, Oregon, daughter in law, Lucy Pedder and son in law Edward Hicks both of Penn Yan; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was a member of the American Legion, Moose Lodge, and VFW of Penn Yan. She had been employed as a cleaning lady for Michael Sterns in Penn Yan in the ‘70’s and was a great fan of the SF 49er’s. Mary was a great wife, mother, and grandmother and will be sadly missed by her family, friends and her dog, Muffy.

Friends and family may gather in celebration of Mary’s life from 6pm to 8pm on Thursday, February 28th at the Townsend-Wood Funeral Funeral, 201 E. Elm St., Penn Yan, NY 14527.
