Phyllis M. Loucks

Phyllis was born on September 12th, 1936 in Independence, NY. She was a graduate of Andover Central School, Class of 1956. She attended Girls State in 1955. She married her childhood sweetheart, Thomas Loucks, on August 23rd, 1958. Phyllis was very involved in the White Stone Chapel, where she shared her gift of singing. She also sang at many other churches. She enjoyed drawing, painting and crocheting. She was a member of the Hotchkiss Family Association, and the American Legion Auxiliary. Phyllis traveled all over the country with her loving husband, Tom. She loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Phyllis is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Thomas Loucks; daughters, Tracy (Edward) Schaner, Nicole (Steven) Flint, and Susanne (Shawn Martz) Loucks; son, Christopher (Sharon) Loucks; grandchildren, Megan Loucks, Aidan Loucks, Annie Phyllis Loucks, Jordan (Elisa) Schaner, Kaleb Schaner, Kyler Schaner, Eli Schaner, Madeleine Flint, Alexandra Flint, Gillian Flint, Kevin Flint, and Devin (Ian) Henderson; great grandsons; Tristan and Ryan Bryant; daughter-in-law Glenda Loucks; brother Earl William (Joyce) Riffle, brother-in-law Jeffrey (Angela) Loucks and sister-in-law Patricia Loucks.

Phyllis was predeceased by her; son Thomas Loucks II; brothers, James (Nancy) Riffle and Claude Riffle; sisters-in-law Genevieve (William) Schultz, Louise (Louis) Redman, Beverly (Edwin) Schmidt, and Sharon Jeffries.

A memorial service for Phyllis will be held Saturday, May 25, 2019 at 11:30 AM at White Stone Chapel, 2343 State Rte. 14A, Penn Yan, New York 14527.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Phyllis' memory may be made to White Stone Chapel , Building Fund, 2343 State Rte. 14A., Penn Yan, New York 14527.
