1937 – 2012
Amalia “Nanette” Ponce de Leon Krueger, wife of Deacon Lloyd Krueger, was called home to the Lord early in the morning of February 9th.
Amalia, known as Nanette to all her friends, was a native of Davao City, Philippines where she and Lloyd were married on November 7, 1959.
Nanette is survived by her husband, Lloyd; daughter, Theresa; sons, Anthony and Patrick; grandsons, Richard and Jonathan; brothers, Edwardo and Aurelio; and sister, Pilar.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Enrique and Aurora Pascual Ponce de Leon; sisters, Nena and Irene; and brothers, Roberto, Miguel, Enrique Jr. and Ignacio.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 8:00 a.m., Monday, February 13, 2012 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church.
Interment will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Covenant Hospice, 5041 N. 12th Ave., Pensacola, FL 32504.
