Barbara Jackson Lucas, 66, of Pensacola, died Thursday, November 24, 2011.
Mrs. Lucas was born May 26, 1945 in Middleburg, Kentucky to Curtis Jackson and Cleo Yoakum Jackson.
She is survived by her husband Robert S. Lucas of Pensacola; son, Robert Sherman Lucas, Jr. of Pensacola, FL; daughters, Connie Tyler of Jacksonville, FL and Karen Wade of El Paso, TX; brother, Jarvis Jackson and wife Fanny of Pensacola, FL; eight grandchildren, Aaron Robert Wade, Jamie Cole, Robert S. Lucas III, Alexis Lucas, Michael Tena, Brent King, Nina Rowland and Desiree King; nine great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel.
Entombment will follow at Bayview Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday.
