

Carmen Delia Morales went on to be with Our Lord Jesus Christ on 26 July 2013. She was born on December 03, 1953 in Ponce, Puerto Rico to Ramon Torres and Ramona Morales Robles of Ponce, Puerto Rico. She was a formidable figure among 9 siblings. She moved to New Jersey from Puerto Rico in 1969. Carmen graduated from Ferris High School, New Jersey. After being supported by her good friends Lucas and Ramona Lopez (Mami and Papi Lucas), she moved to San Diego, CA where she pursued a filling career in the travel industry for 20 plus years. Carmen earned her Associate degree in business and then excelled in her career attaining manager of several offices. She also attended a community Bible college, which she enjoyed through her acts.
While living in San Diego, in her spare time Carmen volunteered to go on Mission trips to Mexico. All the while she was an avid volunteer of being a nursing home caretaker. In particular of one senior resident, Señora Maria.
Carmen moved to Florida in 1993 where she married a caring companion and provider, Jorge A. Perez. Years later, upon moving to Navarre, FL, she joined St. Sylvester Catholic Church. She became involved in the churches Latin community and gave herself to others selflessly. She also became a renowned “Bingo Champion” among the bingo ladies from church. Carmen enjoyed dancing, singing, traveling, and selflessly providing for others. She instilled in her friends and family a sense of humbled and persevering strength that was always driven by God. Carmen lived a fulfilling and enjoyable life in charity and service to God and Our Lord Jesus Christ.
She is survived by her beloved sons and daughter, Enrique (Rick) Zambrana of Peachtree City, GA; Richard (Richie) Ahmed Zambrana of Amarillo, TX; Jonathan (Jon) David Zambrana of Navarre, FL and Linda Evelyn Morales of Panama City Beach, FL; her daughter-in-law Ingrid Zambrana of Peachtree City, GA; her granddaughter Jazmin (Jaz) Zambrana of Peachtree City, GA; and her grandson Ethien (TT) Zambrana of Peachtree City, GA; her brother Jesus Morales of Jersey City, NJ; her sisters; Mirta Morales of Jersey City, NJ and Julia Morales of Virginia Beach, FL.
A visitation with reception will be held at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel on Monday, July 29, 2013 from 5pm to 7pm. The funeral service will be held at Bayview Fisher-pou Chapel on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at 10am, with entombment immediately following at Bayview Memorial Park. Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel has been entrusted with arrangements.
Carmen Delia Morales was a blessing among her family and the community around her. She will be truly missed by many loving friends and family. As she walks with Jesus, she will be in our hearts. We love you Mom.
