Claude (Virgil) Burleson passed away peacefully Tuesday morning, December 5, 2017, surrounded by loved ones. He was preceded in death by his sister, Wanda, and his parents, Boncyle and Cleton H. Burleson. He is survived by his children, Cindy and Stevie; two grandchildren, Averie and Austin; his long-time girlfriend of 20+ years, Maggie Lawson; brothers Billie (wife Glenda), Jimmy (wife Diane) and Eddie Mac (wife Carolyn); many nieces, nephews and cousins and countless friends.
Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, December 8, 2017 at Eastern Gate Memorial Funeral Home, immediately followed by a service.
