I am so very sad to learn of Cindy's Passing ! Although I know she is resting in Jesus' arms, I will miss my dear friend always! Some of our best memories were on Sundays after Church when Jack, Cindy and I would go to lunch .  I believe we did more laughing than eating! She was such a precious person and the best friend to me and many others. Rest in Peace Cindy 

I am very sad at the loss of my dearest friend Cynthia Harper. However, I know she is happy because she is with her best friend Jesus. My husband Walter and I also miss her husband Jack. We had wonderful times together. We were able to go on a trip to the Mediterranean together and many other wonderful places.
Cindy was the the most caring and considerate person I have ever known. She cared for people who had no one to care for them.
I will always treasure her friendship. She was the closest friend I have ever had.

I feel very blessed that I got to meet Cynthia!  She was a very energetic and positive person.  It was wonderful to see and feel her belief in God and to know that she is in good hands.  I will miss having our conversations and her bright personality.

I worked with Cindy a long time ago and she was a sweet and considerate co-worker who became a friend. She will be missed by all who knew her.

She was a mentor, a coworker, a sounding board and a very dear friend.  She was patient, kind and soft spoken.  Her smile is a treasure I’ll never forget.   She seemed to never be in a bad mood even though the nature of our jobs was trying at times.  One of my favorite memories was with her and Jack in Key West.  We all enjoyed an evening sunset near the water.   She was a good friend.  I’m happy she and Jack are enjoying sunsets and sunrises together again.  

A long-time coworker and friend in the legal community, a best friend of family, and one of the sweetest ladies ever, Cindy was well-loved by all.  Peaches and Pat B. have some sweet heavenly company now.   My sincere condolences to Cindy's family, may she rest in peace.  Linda Kraft 

I met Mrs. Harper is the 70's when Sheryl and I became friends. She has always remained the same in that she was always kind and accepting of crazy teenagers and anyone who came across her path.  She was a blessing to her family and so many she met through Liberty church. We always enjoyed Cindy and Jack coming down to the Liberty House for the annual Christmas meal with the guys there. She will be so missed. Love to her family, Michelle.

Cindy Wheelock and I went to Mount Ayr High School together   We were in the "Mikado" musical and sang in a trio and sextet together.  We double dated with Bob Wheeler and Cindy.  We walked home from school together after we stopped at the drugstore for a cherry coke and a snickers bar.  Then we stood on the corner and talked until 5;00 p.m. about our next double date.  My dad was the minister of the Christian Church and she went to the Methodist Church.  I saw her on Ayr Days last September not knowing it would be our last time together. Cindy and I met many years ago on a church sponsored dolphin cruise.  We formed an instant bond that lasted years.  We had lunches together, sat next to each other at church  and talked on the phone when I moved from FL to TN.  I will miss her but I know she is now in a glorious place. Cindy is survived by her daughters, Sheryl and Rae Anne (spouse, Ricky); her six grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
