

Ella Marlene Ingram, age 84, of Pensacola, passed away peacefully in her home Monday, August 10, 2015. She was born March 15, 1931 in Pensacola, Florida to the late George Franklin King and Addie Lee Diamond King, and was a life-long Pensacola resident. Marlene was the owner of J.D. "Buck" Ingram Electric Company, Inc., and Ingram Signalization, Inc. Although Marlene's family was her life, she loved to travel and was a fabulous cook. In her earlier years, she enjoyed sewing and crocheting. Marlene was devoted to, and attended East Brent Baptist Church. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Robert Douglas Ingram; brother, James Curtis King and sister, Barbara Jean King. Survivors include her beloved daughter and beloved and devoted son-in-law, Traci and Robert Gay of Pace, FL; granddog, Lucy; sisters-in-law, Mildred Ingram and June Blackburn; her dear cousin, Nell Simpson; and beloved nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, August 15, 2015 at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel with Dr. Dale Patterson officiating. Pallbearers will be Martin Beck, Tony Kuhl, Robert Lautier, Joe Nelson, Sr., James Raymond Nelson and Donnie Wilson. Entombment will follow at Bayview Memorial Park with a reception to follow at the funeral home.Visitation will be from 10:00am until 11:00 am, Saturday.
